We also use the over 50-years experience of our owner and founder, Winfield S. Frazeur who has been a hobbyist and hobbyist breeder since 1953 and a photographer since 1955, including 21 years as a U. S. Navy Photographer retiring in 1983 as a U. S. Navy Chief Photographer, to add depth, quality, accuracy and fineness to the information. Winfield brings all his education (BS-degree in Geography with minor in Photography) and experience to the efforts of this web site. We also have designed and are still designing an international online survey, the questions and organization are designed to meet all our mission goals and others hobby or retail goals.
